SHIPPING POLICY
Llama Tribe domestic Postage / Courier policy withing South Africa , All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not posted or couriered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in postage / courier of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has posted / couriered containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURN POLICY
We take quality control very seriously so all products that are sold have been through several quality control platforms. Any products that do not meet our standards must be reported and will be dealt with appropriately.
PAYMENT METHOD
We Accept various payment methods including EFT's , Online transfers as well as PayPal payments. Orders will only be processed when payment has been reflected. Please include order numbers in payment references.
